Renewal

All of the materials that borrowed at PTAR UiTM Sarawak can be renew by the users for more that one (1) times as long as the materials are not reserved by other users.

Renewal is not allowed in the following situations:

  • User with overdue fine
  • User with overdue item/material
  • Material that recalled by PTAR UiTM Sarawak
  • Damaged item/material

Users can make the renewal of the materials that borrowed with these methods:

Renewal (Customer Service Counter)

Customer Service Counter will be operated according to the library operation hour. Stated as below:

Online Renewal

Online renewal can be made by the users less than 2 (two) times for one particular materials. Users must ensure the materials are not late returned before using online renewal. If the materials are due or late, users are advised to make the renewal at the Customer Service Counter. Bring all the materials that borrowed to pay overdue fines and renew.

Renewal through call

This service are merely for users that is outside of Kuching and Kota Samarahan only. The service can be made for materials that not exceeding the due date and valid for the first (1) time of renewal only.
